I ordered from the company due to a new business venture. When testing the business venture this did not go according to plan. I thus, contacted the company about returning the unopened and fully sealed product. The company requested video footage of the unopened product. I sent the video footage and, a return label was sent stating in an email received from the company, I would be responsible for the return charges of the adult product. Given this, I considered it was unreasonable but I had no time to deal with the dispute. I considering the company would refund the adult product in full. Thus, I would only lose out on the return cost of the product I had already paid to Royal Mail. I checked my credit account and found they did not fully refund the adult product. Instead, they applied another return charge hence, a double charge for the return. This to me, seems quite odd and only considered a scam on customers who return adult products. The customer potentially, is liable for a return charge, they are not liable for a double charge on a returned adult product. This is a courteous message to potential customers who buy adult products from this company or intend to buy from the company. Be clear, if you order you will be liable for a double return charge if you return the adult product or products to this company! They claim the situation is different if the adult product is defective however, that is the customers choice whether they trust the company after reading this review. The company also state, if the adult product is opened, they won't accept returns for personal hygiene reasons. I was instructed to open the parcel not the adult product packaging to send the company the video footage. This is what you need to take into consideration when ordering an adult product from this company.
