Rated 1 star because they sell the scooters in Canada. But if you need parts, they won't ship to Canada. Also emailing them to try and figure out a way, they don't get back to you. And a phone number to call is no where to be found. So if you buy their scooters, they're ok. We bought 2 for our early teenagers. And they can be rough as they're learning to take care and even if they'd just obey their parents as to what not to do with the scooters. So for responsible adults I believe the scooters could last long. But in our case, we need parts. And not being able to connect or contact them in any way is frustrating. We're not just about to throw 2 expensive scooters away just because they need a part that can be easily fixed. All that said, you might be wondering how we got our parts. We have to mail it to our friends in the US, (because of course everyone always still takes money, even from Canada) and then our friends have to mail it to us, which is another big shipping fee. And don't ask me what day this experience happened, it happened over a period of 3 years over and over again because we've had them scooters for a while. So evercorss could definitely improve with that one. If you're taking money from another country, you better be mailing to that country as well! After 3 months, I got a reply back. Telling me they will certainly help me resolve my issues. That's it. Nothing else. I don't know how they will help. What they will do. They didn't inform me or have any questions. So again, 3 months later, with no information that actually helps.
