I have faced very poor customer service. My paquete was shipped, but not delivered. They have shipped the paquete, It was a birthday gift with A tu hora express. Two days it is still on delivery, no calls, no feedback. They say the delivery was failed because of the receiver absence. It is a lie! I called them 18 times, I wrote them emails - no feedback. And OUKU doesn't want to do the reimbursement. It is a shame!
