The shoes I bought were terrible quality and not at all as described. As far from orthopedic as is possible. I have corresponded with the company to obtain a refund, as requested by them. They want me to destroy the shoes and send them a photo, then they will refund, or so they say !!! This is a terrible company and the item I purchased was very bad quality, not as described and not fit for purpose and it seems I can't get a refund unless I cut up the shoes with a knife. Disgusting.
