Terrible customer service
If I could give their customer service team a no star score I would. Terrible Customer Service. My laptop case was returned to them by the courier they use who could not find my address, even though I live on a main road and the property is over 50 years old. The item was ordered on 29/1/26 and I am still awaiting an update. I have called them constantly to find out what the current position is and am still waiting for a definitive answer. I am disappointed that they have not taken ownership of my issue and are not proactively calling me with updates. I am still waiting! I shall not be buying from this Company again. I bought from a reputable brand expecting First Class Service. I want a full refund as I won’t be buying anything from you again.
