My order was not dispatched in any timely manner which extensively delayed delivery
My order was not dispatched from overseas until 4 days before the latest arrival time and if it wasn't for me travelling to the delivery services depot it would of been nearly 2 weeks late. I had to make my own phone calls to follow up and organise for myself to go to pick the package up. My complaint is that the package was not organised for delivery in a timely manner and even then I had to organise the packages delivery/pick-up myself.
