Easy to use product but service is not like what they advertise
I was having problems with cloning one of my drives. I dont think this is really the software's fault and i would have the same problem with diffrent cloning software. But AOMEI could have definatly made it easier to find the solution for my problem. The first solution i found involved their paid partitian managing software, and after having just purchased the cloning software and it really felt like i was being lured in to pay 100 euro's because if you pay 50 euro's you still have nothing. It felt like i was being scammed. AOMEI was also advertising 24/7 support. Which really made me think there would be a way of getting an answer instantly (either by live chat or by calling). But the only way to contact AOMEI was by mailing them (and they still havent responded to me after half a day, so you still dont have a quick answer). This also felt very misleading. My conclusion is that AOMEI has a reltavely simple product that works. But AOMEI doesnt make it very easy to find a solution and the service is not like what they are advertising for
