You can’t return if they don’t fit
I have ordered a pair of shoes from UIN’s website but unfortunately they don’t fit to me so I wanted to return them. I’ve contacted the costumer service they answered my first email and said ‘ Recently our return center is having an unexpected issued and could not accept returned parcels. ’ then sais they can send me another style. I don’t want another style just want my money back and return these shoes. They haven’t answered my 2nd email yet however, it’s been sent 2 days ago. I need to report them. Terrible service, I’m very disappointed.
