Purchased a Ursa Minor Joy Stick in July 2025. Very little use but went to plug it in and found the USB-C female connector had come off the motherboard (currently rattling around inside) After completing a ridiculous fault reporting process, they have said that they "can supply a new motherboard but I have to pay"! Here in the UK , the product is still under warrenty (ie 6mths) . The supplier , purchased from the UK site, has to either provide a refund, repair the product, or replace, all without cost to me.
