I got my customized product within 2 weeks or so. I was scared because of the all the bad reviews however, I was happy with the results. I cannot say this is the usually service but for my first time it was satisfactory. I had no issues at all. Don't let the reviews scare you. Give it a chance you may be surprised. If you do have a bad experience then obviously you need to post your experience on here or some other reviewing site. Have a great day!
