False Advertisement: don't order pet portrait leash holder
Reply to Swangift's reply: This being a one hook product still does not explain why it's advertised as an oil painting portrait yet is a picture scanned onto scrap wood. I have emailed with you, I've shared the pictures with you, and you've now stopped replying. Don't claim to act with integrity when you falsely represent your products. I'm looking forward to hearing from you with details on how I can return this awful product and get my money back. Do not order from them, you will just be throwing away your money! I ordered an "oil painting portrait" leash holder, which was not a painting at all, all they did was scan the image of my dog from the picture I provided onto a scrap of wood. The wood is so thin they didn't even attach the hook, which I'm guessing would split the wood of you tried. When I reached out for a refund the same day it was delivered, I shared pictures showing how what I recieved was not what was advertised as well as cited how according to their 90 day return policy refunds would be given if it was not the item ordered and/or was of poor quality, both of which my order meets. Their response only stated,"because you only choose one hook" which has nothing to do with their false advertisement. I wish I could attach pictures to show everyone how inaccurately their website depicted the product. Please take my warning and do not waste your moneywith this scam of a company.
