The first run quality was disappointing but Mohammad stepped right up, sent the PDFs so that we could communicate where the printing was off, offered to rerun the five books, acted as a liaison with the production people, stayed in constant touch with us regarding progress and delivered a run (that arrived yesterday) that was perfect in every technical way.
