Great Tool

I needed to present a set of photos taken over a period of over 30 years. Mimeo software helped me select the ones with the correct definition; in some cases, the older shots required reducing the size of the print frame. The software is exceptional for deciding how to arrange the pages. The print quality is remarkable, as is the paper weight. It integrates seamlessly with the Photos app on Mac OS. You can preview the final result by generating a PDF file. The perfectly packaged copies arrived at my home within a few days of ordering—what more could you ask for?

The photo books are decent quality but…

The photo books are decent quality but I make two separate photo books 6 times a year and I am sick of having to pay separate shipping for each project. I wish you could order more than one project in the same order and thus save on shipping. I understand that projects are made and printed at different speeds but it would still make sense to be able to order more than one project at a time and thus save a lot of shipping costs.

I have been using your products for…

I have been using your products for over ten years and have ordered probably 30 plus photo books over the period. I am a fan! However, the last two orders have had (different) issues requiring a re-order. Your team has been quick to help me resolve them and provided appropriate discount codes etc but the explanation usually involves something that I have done whereas I have done nothing different from my many previous orders. I am concluding that something has changed with the way your software interfaces with Apple photos. I am no longer confident that the time I put into producing a photo book with you will not result in further issues.

They are a reasonable replacement for…

They are a reasonable replacement for apple photo books although, in my opinion not quite as good but very close. Their customer support team are excellent so if you encounter a problem they are quick to help you resolve it.they have recently updated their app so that uploading your finished book is now quite robust. I have now used them four times and I think that is recommendation enough!

A truly wonderful album

I have finally seen the album I ordered about a week / 10 days ago. It’s stunning and worth every penny! We chose the top option, the biggest, Lie Flat formal and we had about 120 photos. The end result is a substantial album but by no means huge or unwieldy. I was a little concerned about it not being square like other albums we have at home but it’s precisely the rectangular shape that makes it a lot easier to handle and look at. I strongly, strongly recommend the flat lie format. It is certainly the most expensive option, but looking at photos on paper that is as robust as cardboard but thinner, on pages that lie completely flat is a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to order more for the rest of the family!

A standard tool for preparing picture…

A standard tool for preparing picture books in our family. We started using Apple Books and have since switched to Mimeo. The same quality and reliability. I have prepared several 100-page books and will do more. Very happy and satisfied. Packing and delivery are also always perfect.

I made book photo since 2011, in total 12 books. But this time I must wait, and wait. Once the book arrive in Spain, the local transporter called me, he just said “You had a package from USA”. On while I thought my sister lived en Indiana, she diden´t send to me any package. So I told him “I doesn't wait any packag” He doesn´t say he is a local transporter, and he doesn't say th package is Mimeophoto. And I don't know Mimeo photo send from USA

Some of the pages were stuck together and ripped

Some of the pages were stuck together. I'm not sure what caused it, but when I tried to separate them, the pages tore and were damaged. When you're paying this much for a photo book, you expect premium quality and better quality control. This was very disappointing, especially since the damage happened the first time I opened the book. If I had wanted lower-quality printing and materials, I would have chosen a less expensive company.
