The final product was great although it took a long time to come. First it was canceled due to text box in the wrong place, which you couldn't see unless you turned the page to white. Then the mail was very slow. Perhaps you should give customers the Fed Ex choice if they want the mail to come quick, even though it will cost more. One other thing bothered me. AS I was working on the book, a request for a password kep-t popping up, even though I had created password earlier.

I ordered my book but it came with several issues, some I had caused by not properly rechecking my text, and some caused by the image in the book being a bit different from the display. I was not happy, but after contacting Mimeo they said that they would replace the book at no cost, if I would correect the errors. Classy response from a classy organisation.

The photo books are beautiful as always. What I find fault with is the condition of the book edges and the protective covers. The spine is damaged on the left and partly on the right, possibly from an impact. The box also shows damage. What a shame.

I love how easy it is to create a fotobook. The process of ordering is fast, so the delivery. The quality of the book is excellent. Last fotobook though the fotos in the printed book unfortunately were not as rich as shown in the preview.

I have done probably 60 photo books & have never been disappointed! The quality is fantastic & such an easy program to use . Delivery too is so quick with Australia Post . Probably a little more expensive than many others but end product is worth it 👌🏼⭐️

I have used Mimeo Photos for many years and always found the quality of their product excellent. In addition there is very good communications related to the delivery of the product so it is extremely clear when the books will be recieved. I always wait for the discount offers as the price of the regular service is quite high as I tend to use more than the standard number of pages.

I was making a photobook for my Sisters 60th birthday and was time constrained. So had to use the express option. Now when paying £150 for the book, the extra £10 was neither here nor there BUT: 1.submitted e-book to print Wednesday (order placed) 2.was messaged that was being produced Thursday. 3.was advised had been despatched Friday and I collected from a local store that used the same courier on the Sunday.
