Worst customer service ever. Waiting for 3 weeks to get a reply on s simple request. Even send them a reminder. No response, nothing. They lost a loyal customer :(

Xros Pro broken in 2 months. Customer support doesn’t reply. Avoid this malicious company Edit: After reminding the support 5 businessdays later, they refunded the money of the device without questions. To me it’s fair to change te review to 3 star.
