Superprof
Superprof - SIMPLY DO NOT USE! 1. Customer service is extremely disappointing 2. Platform that prioritizes squeezing money out of users over actually delivering value - quality of tutors is poor 3. Subscription suggests unlimited access to tutors but reality is its limited! 4. Responses feel dismissive, and it doesn’t seem like they genuinely care about resolving customer concerns. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
