I have purchased diamonds from Luvansh in the past--loose diamonds as well as finished jewelry. The quality has been excellent. My current purchase was for a loose diamond placed in a setting. The delivery seemed to be taking a while, so I asked for an update through the chat feature. The information was provided quickly and professionally and I appreciate the information I received. My order should be here next week.
