I bought 5 products from this site CCSBuy, and only 4 arrived at the destination, a pair of sneakers was missing. I paid also the insurance for the items. For 1 week I've been trying to talk to them from the app trying to get my money back on that pair of sneakers that didn't arrive. Karolina from Customer care answers only once a day, asking for the same thing, pictures and videos ... and nothing happens. How can I recover my injury and who can I contact if a customer service that does not want to do its job? I asked her to check their vide camera when things were packed...nothing
