HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I was unsure if this website was trustworthy, but it was my last hope of getting the cosplay I wanted in time (about a week left before my event). I mainly used the reviews on this website and reddit before making the decision to try my luck. I paid $80 for expedited shipping, but I didn't pay for toll or shipping insurances. Customer service was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were willing to do all that they can to increase the chances of the cosplay coming in time and were even willing to refund the expedited shipping I paid (before the cosplay shipped out) if I didn't want to risk the cosplay coming in on time. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had online. To my surprise, it arrived at the last second on the day of the event. I ordered 2 Black Rock Shooter cosplays out of the available sizes (Female XXS and Male Plus L). I was honestly pretty happy with the quality because it looked like the pictures and felt true to the provided sizing chart. I got a lot of compliments on them at the event, and I will definitely be keeping the cosplays for future conventions!
