Got the job done but much to improve on
The range of devices is quite limited but I've still found something suitable. The customer service is very responsive and respectful but when I was enquiring about the service, it seemed like their answers were quite limited and unclear. It was also unclear how many weeks it would take to get the device. There's also not a lot of information on the device on their Web page. However, when I had to reschedule multiple times for delivery of the device, they were very patient, understanding and accommodating.
