Excellent support staff
The only downside was having to contact support to begin with. I feel that if I buy a lifetime license, I should be able to install it on a new computer without difficulty. Uninstalling it from the old computer should automatically free up the license. But my support experience was flawless. Izzy was my support tech and he had me fixed in literally seconds. I definitely would and do recommend Easeus to others.
