We love our Hilltopper Sprinter motor…
We love our Hilltopper Sprinter motor assists. Being able to get up hills will help us complete the American Discovery Trail in West Virginia. I was disappointed that the bike center found the battery cradle to be defective on my husband's Sprinter and that my husband wasn't able to use his our first week in West Virginia. Staff were responsive and sent a replacement. However, the lag time between responses to emails and phone calls was frustrating. I had hoped they could overnight the part in time for our trip but instead didn't hear back until we were half through the trip. Hopefully they will be able to improve response time in the future.
