He was very unhelpful put me on hold said he was sending my confirmation through email but we already waited for our info at the airport horrible customer service I'm definitely calling when I get back to NY I will not fly delta again I want to get a refund my husband lost a days pay he is a respiratory therapist and I'm very unsatisfied.
