THESE GUYS SUCK! I booked a flight for $400 and they gave me an itinerary for an Economy ticket and told me the e-Ticket would come to my email in four hours. I was called 1 hour later by a representative and they told me that don't have any Economy tickets for this flight and that I would have to pay $750 in order to keep the flight. THESE GUYS SUCK!!!
Fake company. I try to use my credit from last year. Their phone is not working, the email is not working, never return when I requested through the website. I reported to US department but not sure how much they can do.

It seems that Holafares company is not honest. I tried to contact via telephone and email in muliple opportunities and nobody answer the phone and no repplies to my emails.
What an excellent service I got from Holafares through one of your staff Damon Paul. He was very articulate, helpful from the beginning to the end of my booking. He promised to call me back today for the confirmation number and he just did that, he kept to his promise. He is so efficient, patient and customer centric. We appreciate him so much for keeping to his promise of sending us the e ticket confirmation number. Thank you Paul.
Juaquin Hernandez was my rep. He took really great care of us. Answered all my question. He fixed any concerns that I had. He also had a lot of patience with me. I've never used a 3rd party vendor to book a flight before, so I was unsure. But Juaquin did an amazing job with us. I will use Holafares in the future.

Worst company ever seen.... its bait & switch
It is important to know that this company actually is worth trying and that you can most likely count on a successful experience. I'm giving 4 stars to account for my initial nervousness purchasing a ticket from Holafares and not actually having a ticket confirmation a the point of handing over all my credit card information. It took more than 48 hours for my confirmation to come through, which also led to more nervousness. In the end, JUAQUIN HERNANDEZ, did a great job getting back to me and ensuring I knew what was happening. The price was great and the connection to the airline company helped soothe all worries.
My travel/flight coordinator for Delta was Carlos. He handled my issues with expertise and professionalism with compassion. I had to cancel my flight to Costa Rica because my surgeon did not want me out of the country after surgery. I was flummoxed as to what to do. Carlos made it understandable and protected me as a 78 yr old woman traveling alone. It was cancelled. I will always try to fly Delta! Linda Borrell

Worst people ever!!!! First we couldn't understand them at all and they over charged. Wrost part was we got to the airport and found out one of my ticket was canceled. I never canceled it. We had to fight to get refunded. Go though the airline page it's better. Don't let them give you Marvin. He messed up the whole thing!!!!
