My confirmation number on Delta changed but Johnathan was able to send me a new confirmation Number.

It’s a click bait trap

It’s a click bait trap. They get you to “purchase” your tickets at the low prices you see then you get an email saying you need to call them to finalize your purchase. At this point, they inform you your flight cost (magically) will be much more due to “unavailability” of the airline seats you selected. I’m only giving 1 star because at least the guy I spoke with was a little professional.

Nothing but Con Job

HolaFares publishes flights/fares that do not exist. They then called me to switch me over to flights that are double the published fare on the website. They canceled my reservation with no charge.

Zoey was very professional and…

Zoey was very professional and courteous throughout my purchase and follow up on eTickets. She exuded patience when she had sent the eTickets but I never received them. Never frustrated but willing to find another quick means of delivery. Thank you for your help and I applaud Zoey’s professionalism, kindness, and patience. Excellent service . All my futur travel flights will be through Holofares!!! Excellent experience from Denver, Jenny Smith, and now Zoey. The quality of service never waivers. Love you guys!!! Telling all my friends.

Is not a trap but take some time.

For a moment I thought it was a trap but after 4 days Zoe managed to finalize my transaction and issue my e-ticket. You must to do your transaction with enough time.

Flight change

I had a set back in my flight Jonathan was able to assist me in getting everything situated and change my dates. They worked well with me happy with their service

Denver, great sales person.

Denver helped me out finding the right price with the right airline, I'll do business with him once again when I go back on vacation.

Juaquian Hernandez was very professional and very helpful. He was available and made sure he took everyone of my calls.

Juaquian Hernandez was very professional available and he answered all of my questions. Thank you Juaquian

Antonio: very helpful in finding the best fares for us.

Antonio was very friendly and efficient. I would have given him 5 stars, but I had to call the company because the E-tickets, that were supposed to arrive within 4-hours, still hadn’t arrived the following morning. (I don’t know whose fault that was)

No one seems to want to help me

No one seems to want to help me. You took my money and the confirmation number you say is from delta they do not recognize it. I called to talk to Damon about it and he has very rude on the phone. Told me to go to Delta and select tickets myself. I tried to do that but confirmation number is not correct. How can I get help? Will not use them no more for booking.
