Holafares

Great job Antonio!

I had problems with my phone but Antonio made sure that we kept connecting and finally got my booking. Great job Antonio!! He also got me a great price.

Cheap flight booked online and was later told not available

Booked a flight online at a very cheap price, cancelled my other booking as a result. Got email next day asking me to call Holafares. Called them and was told the booking was not available, and quoted me another price 3 times or 6 times as expensive for the same flights. Had to book my flights somewhere else. Holafares wasted me 1 day in booking (thus higher prices elsewhere). Won't use it again.

Carlos

Carlos, is an excellent Travel Agent, I hope that is his title. Carlos was very attentive and knowledgeable about our trip. He explained everything so well and made things so easy. I will definitely use this company again.

Halo Flights US is a scam Dylan Taylor who reach out to me booked a flight to Dubai which I canceled, will not return my money back to my account thank god I have a great bank that's disputing the fraudulent transaction

We worked with Carlos who made our transaction very easy. We had read bad reviews and was very nervous about using Holafares. But Carlos and his manager explained the process to us and make sure we were comfortable with everything before just completing anything. The whole process was easy and exactly the price they quoted us! Very very professional and helpful!

They keep their word

I think they take longer than I would like and it makes you nervous but at the end of the day they do come through! And my place ticket cost more than half of what the airline was currently charging so I am extremely satisfied. They also go out of their way to make sure they find a way to ease your concerns. Ana and the supervisors will go above and beyond to satisfy you!

Jenny Smith

Jenny was great to work with. She took her time with us and answered all questions I had as well as corrected all existing errors that were made from previous associate.

Consistent and devoted

great site

This site was easy to use and JUAQUIN HERNANDEZ answered all my questions and concerns.

If I could I would give zero stars! Worst customer service! Called because I never received tickets was hung up on twice and put on hold for long periods of service time. Representative seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing putting me on hold to discuss with supervisor! Horrible experience from start to finish will never use them again!!

**** SCAM ****

Yesss! This is a SCAM page. After you place the order they will call you to change the flight and inform you that your card will be charged for a greater amount. Do NOT fall for this.

Customer service was very helpful

Excellent job by Ana Garcia

"E" ticket filing

I talked with two different people two different times and both of them were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a man in his seventies, so I am not very good with all of this "E" filing, it was nice to talk with both of them to make sure it was all good.
