I gave Leon five stars on the review because he did an excellent job of taking care of me and my family’s needs concerning our times and our flights were very appreciative and would recommend him to anyone thank you.
DO NOT book with Holafares!!! My family and I were to be going on a family vacation today that we booked December the 2nd 2021, basically 5 months ago, we gave them our credit card they sent us our flights and total, but yet they never sent our e-ticket when we called them the day before the flight they knew they had made a mistake but instead of owning up to it they wanted to charge us $3,000 more than the amount booked on December the 2nd and made it sound like they were doing us a favor!
I received excellent customer service experience from representative Shawn Brown. He is fast , efficient, & most importantly understand to catering to my family’s needs. Shawn clearly explained what I needed to know about the process of booking our airfare. He assisted in the process from booking the flight to seating assignments for my family and I . We are grateful for all his genuine customer service. Thank you Holafares & Shawn Brown. We will certainly book again and highly recommend to many travelers.
These people canceled my perfect tickets just to sell me twice the price new tix. They transferred me to three people, Denver, then James, and finally Jeff. I asked them to transfer me to someone in the US and they kept transferring me to out of the country call centers. They each just keep selling me the new fare $1500 more than the ones I had gotten earlier. It’s not the first time they do this. I lost a tix before and had to pay $200 more. They do this to get you to pay more. It’s a scam and they are really good at it. They make you feel, they’re selling you a deal. A better flight, yet twice the original amount. And they even give you attitude if you don’t budge. Terrible people.
Bait and switch company! Buyer beware!
Holafares has proven capable of solving problems and delays that there may be during a booking. The telephone service proved to be accurate and timely in its responses. Special thanks to the operator Jonathan
Zoey was Very helpful and worked with me very well finding a good price

This website was very tricky and honestly kind of annoying to deal with. But Sheldon was very helpful and patient.

This is my second time booking with Denver, I’ll make easy for anyone is reading my comment, if you really looking for great customer service and amazing person you have to go with Denver this amazing person will do anything to make sure he get you the best deal, second time booking my Cancun trip with him, thank you Denver for your hard work and will sure book again with you.
TOTALLY A FRAUDULENTLY COMPANY 100 PERCENT…they advertise a low fare then they collect your credit card info full details…then you receive a confirmation….then you have to call because they don’t charge you…when you call the flight is no longer available but they have same flight for double the price over the phone….total scam bait and switch and possibly illegal because they collect all your credit card information yet you can’t get the fare you book….i booked 3 different times and all with same results …fares become unavailable yet same flight is still being sold….stay away from this site they are not even in this country totally a fraud and i will be looking into shutting them down
FRAUDULENT AGENCY! I booked 2 tickets and I received a confirmation from this Company and a few hours later, they call me to let me know that the fare I got my tickets at is not available and it's due to technical difficulties. They offered me tickets for DOUBLE the price pretending it's all what they can do. Their customer service sucks and they are bad liars who do dirty business!! BEWARE
Cielo Wilson called to tell me my online booking was not valid and the price increased. She was very helpful in explaining the matter, getting me the same flight times, and being patient with my questions. Great employee!
Manuel was very patient in finding a flight for me. The first 2 flights I was looking for in Economy class were sold out, so he helped me find another flight in the Main Cabin. He also found a return flight that did not leave so early in the morning. Even though it was more than I wanted to spend, Manuel explained that with the added fees and taxes, it would be close to the cost of Economy, and in the Main Cabin we could sit together. Sometimes you just have to spend a bit more to get where you need to be. Manuel was very courteous, and explained everything clearly. He walked me through the steps to confirm on the computer as well. I will remember to check Holafares when we travel again. Sincerely, Maria
Antonio did an excellent job and I will will be using holafares again in the future.
Antonio you as very polite, and although I didn’t trust this company at the beginning, I was left completely surprised. They’re legit and they won’t steal your money as others have said.
Manuel was very helpful and went out of his way to try to help me find a flight to meet my elderly parents needs. We were not able to finalize a transaction because there were no flights available that met my parents' needs or resources. Despite this, Manuel maintained his professionalism and caring demeanor at all times. Manuel called back with further options. I appreciate his help.
I was skeptical if this site at first. I started reading reviews and I definitely got worried. I called and my tickets were a bit more than what I had initially chosen, but they were still less than any other site or app I went through. Jonathan was great and was always there to answer any question or concern. I will check with them the next time I fly.
i have reached Miss Flora and negociate a trip to :LAX for 4 persons , Flora help me on that , to get the best price and the best dates (hours). i appreciate the assiatance of Flora
