I already gave an experience rating regarding the terrible service, waste of money, and wanton damage done to my files by the EaseUS technician. EaseUS replied to my review, apologising (seemingly sincerely) and asking for the ticket number so that they can review the issue. Lo and behold, they do not tell you how to reach them with the ticket number and when I clicked the link for their website on the Trustpilot page, my firewall blocked it as an "insecure page". Way to do business! Scammers or Charlatans?

Scammers or Charletans. Avoid EaseUS
I was ripped off financially and my files were destroyed by the EaseUS "technician", who then insultingly tried to blame his errors on me! It took months for him to finish the job and then, due to his miscommunication, he deleted the recovered data that had been saved to a destination folder. These were very precious family photos and videos spanning back 15 years. To make matters worse, he said I told him to delete it! He reluctantly agreed to redo the job but, in doing so, apparently wiped all the data on the source drive. Before I realised the damage, he told me he had rectified the issue and asked me to leave a review. He had remote control of my laptop and offered to do it himself. He had glowing reviews already pre-written, which he cut and pasted into the fields (so clearly, this is a common practice of his). When I reported back that all the data had been wiped, he said he could nothing about it, that they were gone forever so there was no point enlisting the help of others. I paid for two different services with EaseUS and had my precious data destroyed by them. I have been so upset but it was time to finally write this review. I don't know what else to do. Someone in the industry told me they are "scammers". From my experience, I would have to agree.
