Chuwi Herobook pro
The laptop Chuwi Herobook pro was purhased on Aliexpress. The warranty was 1 year. Just after 2 years of use, the laptop was broken. It was not possible to boot the laptop. The Chuwi service proposed to send the laptop to Spain for non-warranty repair. All the delivery costs and all the reparation costs are to be paied by the customer! A very bad experience with Chuwi product. Waste of money and a feeling of unsatisfaction. Not recommended.
