This filter didn't even last 2 weeks. Their customer service is the worst I've seen. I've been trying to return this product for a month now and there is no prompt response. They all seem lost even though all information is in the email chain. I made my request several times but it feels like they're dragging out my request to go past the return policy time line. This company is a joke. People have been complaining about their customer service for years and nothing has changed. I have a feeling pay people to leave positive reviews or something because their filter quality is nowhere near what they claim it should do.
