I purchased a Filterbaby 2.0 through Ulta Beauty and after a few months of normal use, the housing around the faucet connection cracked and started leaking. I initially had difficulty getting a response from customer service and had to follow up more than once. Once I connected with Ariel, the experience improved significantly. She was helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. I then received confirmation from the fulfillment team that the replacement part had shipped with tracking. I appreciate that Filterbaby ultimately stood behind the product and resolved the issue. I would have given 5 stars if the initial response from customer service had been quicker.

The Filterbaby is easy to install, but there are nuances that you are bound to miss as a first time installer. When I was finally able to get on a zoom with support, I was pleased that the specialist knew how to get my Filterbaby to work and now it works! It definitely requires patience and commitment to get your product up and running, but overall I am happy!

As a college student, I am frequently moving around different student housing apartments. Most of these have terrible water that destroy my skin and hair. I struggled finding a shower filter that really felt like it was making a difference, but with this one there is no question. It is AMAZING. My hair doesn’t appear oily and brittle at the same time anymore, it actually shines and feels healthier. My skin feels much more hydrated and smooth. This is 100% worth it.
