Defective shower filter
These filters are bigger than a baseball and if you’re planning on connecting a handheld shower to it, it won’t fit. The design is defective. You’ll have to buy handheld shower holders, from Amazon, which stick on the side of the shower wall to hold it up. Poor design. Kohler makes a better design which is a slim filter which fits any handheld extension .I disputed this charge because I found it useless by design. Twice I disputed and they said I would have to pay a plumber to disconnect it and send it back,

Solid shower filter — noticeably reduces that chlorine smell, and the water feels softer. Pressure hasn't dropped, which was my main worry going in. Chrome finish looks nice, and installation was easy; no tools needed. Would recommend if you're dealing with hard or heavily treated water.

I purchased two Filterbaby Skincare Filter 2.0 filters. At first I had trouble installing them because none of the adapters seemed to fit my bathroom faucets. I contacted Filterbaby for help and Riva was wonderful. She responded quickly, asked for photos and measurements, and took the time to help me figure out exactly what was going on instead of just telling me to return the product. I was ultimately able to get the A10 adapter to fit after removing the rubber washer, and the filter is now installed and working properly. I really appreciate having a company that actually provides real installation support when something doesn’t go as expected. Thank you, Riva, for your patience, communication, and willingness to help. The customer service made a huge difference in my experience with Filterbaby.

This was super easy to install! The packaging is so beautiful and seems high end and they included everything needed, plus lots of extras. The video install guide was super detailed and helps troubleshoot for any issues. It’s a little bulky but I don’t mind. It seems super secure and great quality!

Bad experience, it took over 3 mt to hear, i should still hang in there for a $ 10 Gift card, which will arrive with the order.... Late or no response and refund was not sent immediately. I bought filters from amazon for half the price; they work great and arrive immediately.
