Filterbaby has a very helpful system when installing the sink filter. I was able to figure out the best way to connect it and immediately I can feel the difference in my water. It’s cleaner and better quality. I have eczema and sensitive skin so I feel much better washing my face and hands with this. I also bought their shower filter Pro! My curly hair needs the best water possible to thrive and this is also helpful in filtering out chlorine and microplastics. My skin felt good after a hot shower and I’m excited to see how it helps my hair. I did need some help from my maintenance guy to remove my shower head, but eventually we got it and it works great!

This filter didn't even last 2 weeks. Their customer service is the worst I've seen. I've been trying to return this product for a month now and there is no prompt response. They all seem lost even though all information is in the email chain. I made my request several times but it feels like they're dragging out my request to go past the return policy time line. This company is a joke. People have been complaining about their customer service for years and nothing has changed. I have a feeling pay people to leave positive reviews or something because their filter quality is nowhere near what they claim it should do.
