I wish I could give Lovense negative stars!!! DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!
I wish I could give this company negative stars! I purchased the Domi 2 about 5-6 months ago and it just stopped working, stopped turning on, or vibrating after about a month and a half. I contacted the reseller, Adam & Eve, and they were very understanding, but store policy dictated that I needed to go through the manufacturer; fine. I contacted Lovense and provided videos, photos, and proof of purchase (receipts, twice) and information on my problem. This created an email thread that has lasted over THREE MONTHS now. Lovense told me I had to go through the reseller. When I told them the reseller told me the opposite, they said that they would contact them for me. I asked for a follow up several times, and they kept saying that they were "waiting on a response". I went back to Adam & Eve, in person, twice, and requested that they get into contact with Lovense. I sent more emails and was GHOSTED. COMPLETELY IGNORED. NO WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS GUARANTEED, NO REPLACEMENT, NO NOTHING!!!! Awful awful awful. P.S. Just followed up with them and they BLOCKED my email!! So terrible.
