Good customer service by Harsh
Harsh was very quick to call me couple times, once when i was looking for the best deal. Second when my booking failed for some unknown reason. He called me right away when the booking failed and asked me to go through it again. Had he not called i would have booked through another third party. Couple of things i was looking for - 1) better deal from the online rep which i wasnt able to get 2) understanding of why my payment failed the first time. It simply sai the flights i selected were no longer available which was incorrect
