They are cheaters. Tell One price in the website and charge much more when we give the credit card number. When we see the overcharge and cancel the booking then they charge yo penality amount like 60 dollars for cancellation. When you fight for refund they will give andamazon card. They refused to give the refund back to your credit card. It happended to me 5 times in couple of years. Now cheating is their mail goal. After cancelling it i went and boodked through the Booking. com and they charge me exactly what they offer. Never again in my life i will not book through Indian eagle

Harsh was very quick to call me couple times, once when i was looking for the best deal. Second when my booking failed for some unknown reason. He called me right away when the booking failed and asked me to go through it again. Had he not called i would have booked through another third party.
Couple of things i was looking for - 1) better deal from the online rep which i wasnt able to get 2) understanding of why my payment failed the first time. It simply sai the flights i selected were no longer available which was incorrect
Overall pricing are competitive, however they show one price and charge you more and refund the difference later via gift card or e credit. Unless this is notified to client in the beginning , it's a bad business practice and they could be in serious trouble by doing this. This not in relation with employees, it's the management and owners managing this business. Otherwise, great experience. Tharun was the best and I give me 10 out of 10. Very prompt, responsive and communicative.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tej. He was the person who handled my travel request, and from the beginning, he was professional, patient, and extremely thorough.
