We purchased tikcet from IndianEagle. The agent Durgesh had promised 5000 reward point before purchasing tickets. After the purchase, they did not honor it and did not deposit 5000 reward points. They cheated us. Please be careful.

Misleading process
The website showed one fare, but after we entered all our passenger details and credit card information, the booking did not go through. We then received a call saying the fare had increased significantly. After we declined, they offered a lower price, but it was still much higher than the fare originally shown online. We chose not to proceed because the whole process felt misleading. It also wasted a lot of our time. I hope the fare shown online is honored in the future so customers know the actual price before sharing their personal and payment information.

Whenever I think about traveling outside the U.S., Indian Eagle is always my go-to agency! They consistently offer great pricing, match airline fares perfectly, and have awesome coupons. For my upcoming trip, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Umakanth and Mr. Mani, who were super helpful in cancelling and rescheduling my tickets, as well as booking new ones without any loss of money. They really went above and beyond, even working with the backend team to get me a refund for my cancelled trips. I can't recommend Indian Eagle enough! If you call, definitely ask for Mr. Mani and Mr. Umakanth; they’ll make your experience a breeze!
