Misleading process
The website showed one fare, but after we entered all our passenger details and credit card information, the booking did not go through. We then received a call saying the fare had increased significantly. After we declined, they offered a lower price, but it was still much higher than the fare originally shown online. We chose not to proceed because the whole process felt misleading. It also wasted a lot of our time. I hope the fare shown online is honored in the future so customers know the actual price before sharing their personal and payment information.
