This is a very deceptive company
Like the other reviewers, the canvas bag that cost me $42.98 was not quilted. I have been in contact with this company. At first, they acted concerned and wanted more information as well as pictures of the product. I kept saying that my only problem was that the basket is not quilted. They finally offered me a 15% refund and said I can keep it or give it away, and they said this: "The product images featured in our advertisements have been optimized; therefore, it is normal to observe slight discrepancies between the actual item you receive and the images shown." I asked how that explained that every basket in every picture was described as QUILTED. That isn't image optimization, it is deception.
