UME Travel organized a fantastic Japan…
UME Travel organized a fantastic Japan journey for our family. The program was interesting, varied and well balanced, combining modern cities with beautiful natural scenery and cultural experiences. When unexpected circumstances arose because of the typhoon, the team quickly adjusted the itinerary and provided helpful guidance. Their professionalism and customer care gave us great confidence throughout the trip. Although there were a few minor imperfections, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Eva Wang for her dedication, responsiveness and friendly support. We highly recommend UME Travel to anyone planning a trip to Japan.
