My order consisted of 3 items
My order consisted of 3 items. Two items were delivered on Wednesday. When I got home I found them. No word about the 3rd item. I thought it may have been stolen or delivered incorrectly. When I contacted LiTime about the missing item I was told to "be patient, it will be delivered soon". Why couldn't LiTime tell me this? It would have prevented a lot of stress on my part. I was apprehensive about what LiTime would tell me when I reported the expensive item missing. Communicate, it helps.
