My order with trade took over a month
My order with trade took over a month. When i opted for trade you gave me 2 prices. 935 trade or 900 buyout. I took trade but unfortunately the bag that was shipped had defective snaps on the sides sides and it had to go back. Not only did you not give me my buyout cash of 900 but you only put 865 in my account that I only can use at rebag. What’s up with the shortage of monies?? I was told by customer service 935 would be out into my account for future purchase
