Poor registration process + poor communication + discrimination
The registration process is very primitive, They really should have a smoother way because it was a long process to get rejected based on nationality and not any legal reason I had much better experience with other use brokers like E*Trader, but to invest a few hours trying registering to get rejected! At the end to withdraw the fund I should sign on something that give them access to both send and debate my bank account!
