Very bad experience with Drive Lah
Very bad experience with Drive Lah for imposing additional charges for no valid reasons. The way they handled customers’ appeal is also not acceptable. I rented a car on 13 Jun 22 and returned on 15 Jun 22 with full tank of fuel. Took a picture of the meter showing F and submit through the drop off photo. A while later I received a credit card txn of $300 to Drive Lah. Called them immediately and was told that it was due to fuel charges issue and the lady lodged an appeal for me. I was told that they will let me know the outcome in one or two days time. However until today which was the ninth days, still no update from them despite asking them twice via email. Just an update: On 28 Jun 2022, Drive lah notified me that they are not charging the fuel issue as owner confirmed it was full tank when handed over. However they charged another $15 for cleaning and $25 for Admin. After submitting the photo of the car begin wash at car wash station, they changed their claim to foul smell which are fraudulent. The car was handed over externally and internally clean with no bad smell. I believed the host might have no other reason to think of and fabricate a ridiculous excuse. Very disappointed with Drive Lah as seem like they never validate claims made by the host.
