Quick and helpful
Return-Tour: I was booked in an "only-men"-room, which isn't much helpful,as I am travelling with my kid. If the third in the cabin wants me out, I have to leave. Thats not fun! Quick, precise and friendly service even during nighttime. After lots of fails in booking the nighttrain on the db- portal and the direct Euronight-booking link I nearly gave up. But the rail ninja helped a lot, so I finally succeeded. Thanks very much!! "Only" four stars, because I couldn't really understand the ticket price on rail ninja compared to the db-price. And they didn't ask for the reduction cards, so I don't know whether they were taken into consideration.
