I purchased these Nike trainers around 7 months ago, expecting the quality and durability associated with a premium brand. Unfortunately, the collar lining has torn through after relatively light, normal use, which is far sooner than I would reasonably expect from trainers at this price point. What is even more disappointing is Nike's handling of the issue. The products are advertised with a 2-year warranty, which gave me confidence when making the purchase. However, when I raised a claim, I was informed that only issues reported within 6 months would be considered. This feels misleading and leaves customers with far less protection than the marketing suggests. I have owned cheaper trainers that lasted significantly longer without developing this type of defect. Based on my experience, both the product durability and customer service have fallen well below expectations. I would not have paid a premium price had I known the warranty support would be so limited in practice.
