Excellent Customer Service!
My order of a beautiful Kovi fabric arrived in a timely manner. Unfortutnately, another fabric that I had not ordered arrived at my house, as well. I actually emailed Kovi fabric right away, on a Friday afternoon, and Andrea contacted me that evening re: the misdirected fabric. I obviously, wanted this fabric sent to the correct buyer, ASAP. Andrea, notified the warehouse, on Monday, and the fabric was picked up the following day. Andrea kept me in the loop, the entire process. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service. By the way, the fabric I received is absolutely lovely and soft. The 2 chairs and fabric are at the upholsterer's presently.
