Bought a standard plan and upgraded to Premium VIP
Bought a standard plan and upgraded to premium vip the next day as picture quality was very bad. I thought that by upgrading the standard plan will be superseded. Unfortunately no. I was billed for both plans and customer service didn't even write to inform that just buying the premium vip is good enough and no need to buy the standard plan. Then they should refund me the payment I paid for the standard plan right? It's only a day after I bought the standard plan before I upgraded to the premium vip plan. But no, they just happily bill me for 2 subscriptions. Totally unbelievable and disgusted by their dishonesty to scam people to buy numerous plans. Please don't subscribe!
