Worked for years until they shadow banned me
Worked for years until they shadow banned me. Unfortunately I just updated my subscription for another 3 years shortly before the shadow ban. I had to ask support what was going on and then they told me that they saw weird connection patterns from one of my devices. I asked for more details but they are ghosting me since (more than 2 weeks now). In the past I would have recommend their service, currently I’m telling everybody to stay away from hide.me since they don’t seem to be interested in a problem solution as soon as there is one. Cheers. Update: After a month or so they unbanned me for whatever reason. Still leaves a taste. Do whatever you like with that information. Raised the rating to two stars because of that.
