The items do not live up to the hype
The items do not live up to the hype, they flatten and look nothing like their ads. My requests to return the items with full tags, original packaging and only tried on have gone completely into some kind of customer service void, obviously do not honour their returns policy. Don't bother, just another brand better at marketing than actually providing a quality product.
